Description:

Location: Lake Nosbonsing, near Astorville, Ontario

Lake Nosbonsing is a scenic and popular fishing spot that is located near Lake Nipissing. It’s situated south of North Bay in Ontario, and it is the result of the glacial outflow from the Great Lakes. Lake Nosbonsing is an angler’s paradise, and it offers so many fishing opportunities without the challenges of the big water. Here you will find Morgan Cottage, a lovely two bedroom cottage set among the pine trees, a perfect spot for an adventurous family vacation.

The open living space provides a warm and inviting change of pace from all the outdoor activities you will be enjoying. There is a fully equipped galley kitchen and the dining area seats four. The lovely deck faces the lake, and you can relax here in the morning with coffee or in the evening after dinner.

Two bedrooms are located off the living room. The first has a queen bed, and the second bedroom has a double bed. Between the two bedrooms there is a four-piece bathroom. Closer to the waterfront there is a Bunkie to sleep an extra three people with a queen bed and a single bed. Need a private space for the grandparents or maybe the in-laws? Log Cabin F334 is located right next door and sleeps 2 people.

The yard is large and sloping to the waterfront with several places for setting up lawn chairs and relaxing while enjoying the view of the lake. The lake is quiet and there are not a lot of motorboats constantly whizzing by, giving a sense of peacefulness. There is approximately 200 feet of shoreline. The water at the end of the 20′ dock is about four feet deep The dock has sun nearly all day. There is a paddleboat for you to explore the lake or fish.

Not far from the cottage about 5 minutes drive down the road there is a public boat launch and sandy beach with recreational and tourism opportunities.

**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am

**Linen packages are not available for this cottage. Vacationers must supply their own sheets, pillowcases and towels, including towels for the kitchen and beach.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.

**Vacationer supplies life jackets for children.
