Come and experience one of the more private retreats in Muskoka. This cottage is located on Pine Lake near Gravenhurst, only a two hour drive from Toronto.

The Osprey Point Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage with double beds. While the bedrooms are on the small side, the master bedroom has a terrific view of Pine Lake, through the French doors that open to the surrounding deck.

This well-cared-for cottage was fully renovated in 2014. The front is fitted with seven French doors leading onto a deck, revealing a breathtaking view of Pine Lake. The deck is the perfect spot to enjoy a morning cup of coffee and appreciate the surrounding natural beauty. The open concept kitchen has ceramic counter tops and floor. The kitchen has a lovely dining table with seating for 4. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The living room is the highlight of this quaint and charming cottage with French doors offering a lots of natural light and boundless opportunities to view the stunning wilderness, birds and wildlife.

Limestone steps down to the waterfront lead to a new 30ft dock. To the right of the dock there is a firm sandy area providing shallow easy access for swimmers or alternatively, the deck is cantilevered over the lake and is equipped with a ladder. Private boat launch available off-site.

The closest neighbour is located across the lake. This is a simply wonderful location for a peaceful and relaxing holiday!

The cottage is suitable for adults. One child 10 years or older only.

**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am

**Linen packages are available for this cottage, but vacationers are welcome to supply their own. A linen package includes sheets, pillowcases and towels for indoor use. The price for this will be shown as an option in the booking request form.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.

**Vacationer supplies their own drinking water.

**Vacationer supplies their own life jackets.

**Cottage is insulated however, a portable heater is available upon request.
