Location: Ril Lake, Near Baysville, Ontario

This cheerful, newly renovated, 3 bedroom cottage near Baysville in the Muskokas has a wonderful view of Ril Lake. The cottage has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, and an open concept kitchen, dining and living area. There is a great selection of books, cards and board games for family fun. On the lakeside, there is a wrap-around deck with a BBQ, and a screened-in canopy with lounge chairs, sofa and table where you can relax in style and take in the natural beauty of your surroundings.

Sail Away sits in a peaceful bay on popular Ril Lake. With a modern twist, this cottage is comfortably and tastefully furnished. It features an inviting living room with a propane fireplace. The sitting and dining area have easy access to the deck and both are ideal spots for enjoying meals or evening board games.

The master bedroom, on the 2nd floor, features a queen bed; and a two piece bathroom. The other bedrooms, on the main floor offer a queen size bed and a set of double over double bunk beds. Guests will also find a three piece bathroom conveniently located on the main floor.

The wrap-around deck across the front and side of the cottage is the perfect place to relax with a morning coffee or enjoy the sunset at the close of the day. From the deck, there are approximately 40 stone steps down a graded slope to the waterfront. There is a 24×12 dock/platform and additional seating at the shoreline. The waterfront boasts a lovely, firm, sandy bottom with shallow entry, allowing easy access to the water. The dock gets sun all day long and is the perfect location to swim or just relax and listen to the soothing sounds of nature – of water lapping against the shore, the local songbirds and beautiful sunsets. A peddle boat and kayak are available for exploring the inlets and coves of this quiet section of the lake.

Ril Lake is located near the small and inviting village of Baysville where guests will find a convenience store, local craft brewery, antique shops, restaurants, bakeries, a great view of the river from the downtown public park, as well as a full-service marina for boat rentals. A short drive away is Bigwind Lake Provincial Park with great walking trails. Huntsville and Bracebridge are nearby for additional entertainment, restaurants and pubs, shopping, art galleries, museums, etc.

**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am

**Linen packages are available for this cottage, but vacationers are welcome to supply their own. A linen package includes sheets, pillowcases and towels for indoor use. The price for this will be shown as an option in the booking request form.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.

**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children’s life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.

**The trampoline and floating island are not included and are not available for guest use.
