Location: Fox Lake, Near Huntsville, Ontario

Grey Fox Cottage is situated on beautiful Fox Lake in Huntsville. The property has lots of space for children to play, and the sandy beach and shallow entry into the lake add to its appeal. This cottage is wheelchair accessible with a ramp deck to the entrance.

This cottage has an open-concept combined kitchen and dining room area with large windows looking out onto the lake. The living room has a comfortable couch and chairs to sit back and relax in with a big screen smart TV and DVD player. Off the living room is the large, screened Muskoka room that makes a perfect gathering space, with ample seating for all. This is the perfect spot for relaxing, taking in the beautiful views of the lake or perhaps enjoying board games.

The newly renovated kitchen is well equipped with the conveniences of home, including dishwasher, fridge, stove, coffee maker, and microwave. Guests will enjoy fabulous feasts at the dining table while taking in the marvellous view of the lake. The large dining table will certainly inspire get-togethers, family conversations, and good food.

There are three cozy bedrooms, the main floor master bedroom has a king bed (wheelchair accessible), the top floor bedroom has a queen bed, and the lower level bedroom has a queen bed and a single over double bunk. A spare bed (single) is also located at the top of the stairs on the second floor when needed.

The main bathroom is located on the main floor and the shower stall is wheelchair accessible. The laundry room is conveniently located off the bathroom on the main floor. A half bath ensuite is located off the upstairs bedroom.

Stepping outside there is a pathway with stairs leading to the gradual and grassy sloped area down to a large, private, sandy beach with Muskoka chairs for lounging. This is a great spot for the kids to work on their sand castles and sculptures. The shoreline is ideal for young children, the water is shallow and only two feet deep at the end of the 40ft dock. The dock is wonderfully sunny most of the day.

Other outdoor activities include a fire pit (including seating for up to eight) located at the back of the cottage and a horseshoe pit.

Take a canoe, kayak, or aluminum row boat out to explore the lake and try your hand at fishing for your dinner.

**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am

**Linen packages are available for this cottage, but vacationers are welcome to supply their own. A linen package includes sheets, pillowcases and towels for indoor use. The price for this will be shown as an option in the booking request form.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.

**Some adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children’s life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.
