Location: Little White Fish Lake, near Muskoka Lakes, Ontario.

Tennis anyone? Yes, Two Docs Cottage has a tennis court! Racquets and balls are provided if guests would like to play a rousing game of tennis, and then cool off with a swim.

Situated on approximately 2.5 acres with 600 feet of waterfront and a westerly view, Two Docs cottage on Little Whitefish Lake, near Muskoka Lakes is the perfect getaway. A gently sloping path leads to the lake and dock, which has a ladder for getting in and out of the water. There is a very small sandy area at the shore. Water shoes are recommended to avoid some of the soft silt bottom.

The sundeck has a table, four chairs, and built-in seating. There is a fire pit to enjoy in the evening under the stars.

Comfortable couches in the living room make it the perfect place for the family to gather. The spacious family room, with access to the outside, will quickly become the favourite place for gathering, watching movies, playing any of the board games provided, or simply relaxing at the end of the day. An attractive dining room with seating for eight is located off the living room. The galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, toaster oven, baking dishes, etc. The bay window provides a wonderful view of the forest to complete this area. The front of the cottage features a deck for enjoying an early morning cup of coffee, preparing dinner on the barbeque, or enjoying the lake views.

The main floor offers two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, and the second bedroom offers a single bed. A three-piece bathroom is also on the main floor. The loft area, suitable for use by those who are very agile, offers a double bed. This area is accessed by a ladder inside the cottage and a spiral staircase on the outside of the cottage.

A bunkie is also offered on this property, this will appeal to some members of your group. Here there are two double beds and a two-piece bathroom. There is also a shower and sauna.

Rosseau is about 15 minutes away and has a small village atmosphere but has a general store, restaurants, and some small shops. Parry Sound is 30 minutes away for a larger scene. Guests can also boat to the marina for milk, DVDs, and the newspaper. You will enjoy the comfort and space of this cottage – a perfect family vacation spot!

**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am

**Linen packages are not available for this cottage. Vacationers must supply their own sheets, pillowcases and towels, including towels for the kitchen and beach.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.

**Some adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children’s life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.

**Vacationer supplies their own drinking water.

**Wood fireplace out of order-not for guest use.
