Welcome to this wonderful 3,600 square foot, six bedroom four-season cottage on the shores of Gaunt Bay off the Moon River. Tucked into a peaceful bay, enjoy paddling in a tranquil setting or boating up to the Bala Falls, right in the heart of popular Muskoka cottage country.

Warm and spacious, the main level open concept kitchen/dining/living room offers views of the waterfront with a walk-out balcony and large upper deck. Engineered wood flooring, an attractive dining table that can accommodate 10 people, smart TV and comfortable furnishings make this area nice for family gatherings and entertaining.

The kitchen has all the modern conveniences of home, with plenty of counter space for prepping meals and an extra fridge to go along with an oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and cooking utensils.

There are three bedrooms on the main floor. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds each with their own three-piece ensuite bathrooms. The third bedroom has two double beds. Off the front foyer is a three-piece bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer.

The lower walk-out level has three more bedrooms and a family entertainment room complete with ping pong table, pool table and card table. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed and three-piece ensuite bathroom. Fifth bedroom offers a queen bed. The sixth bedroom has another queen bed with a single bed. Next to the entertainment room is a three-piece bathroom and to complete this space is an open den with a single over double bunk bed, great for a children’s slumber party.

With coffee cup in hand, start your mornings on the dock watching glorious sunrises while taking in the serenity of nature at its finest. The sandy beach with shallow entry is a great spot for the little ones to safely splash and play. The 20’ dock is a great place to bask in the sun and swim for hours on end. For the more adventuresome there is a boat launch nearby.

The town of Bala is a short five-minute drive away, there you will find groceries, gas station, LCBO, restaurants, shopping and the many attractions Bala has to offer, such as, Johnston’s Cranberry Marsh, Muskoka Lakes Winery, The Kee and Windsor Park. End your day back at the cottage with a family barbeque on the deck and a late night gathering around the lake side fire pit. Come and enjoy!

**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
