Location: Walker Lake, near Huntsville, Ontario

F566 Hemlock Hollow, located on peaceful Walker Lake in Huntsville, ON. This newly renovated lake house split on three levels offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms, 150 feet of lake frontage, and is equipped with all the essentials for the perfect cottage getaway any time of year.

The waterfront is about 20 steps down from the cottage where there is a large dock that meets the shoreline and has ample space for guests to gather including two chaises, and two classic Muskoka chairs. A ladder is also located off the dock for easy entry into the water. A peddle boat is available for guest use.

The cottage has three bedrooms, all located on the second floor. The master bedroom features a queen bed, a double bed, closet, and four-piece ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. A four-piece bathroom is also located on this upper level. There is also one set of twin/twin bunks located within an open concept space, that does not offer privacy.

The main floor features the entry and open concept living with newly installed hardwood flooring. The cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, including a dishwasher. The antique harvest kitchen table has seating for five people. A lounge area located off the kitchen offers a loveseat and accent chair.

The living room is equipped with a 40’ Smart TV, sofa, accent chairs and bench. This open concept room leads to the dining room which features a beautiful wood dining table with seating for six to eight people. This dining area gives access to the deck which features a barbeque, and a dining patio set with table and chairs, that will seat up to six people.

The lower level is a small open concept area including a cozy recreation room with a coffee table and chairs, as well as a twin over twin set of bunk beds. This walkout level provides access to the lakefront. Finally, on this lower level there is a laundry room complete with a washer and dryer, for guest convenience.

The cottage is equipped with WiFi available for casual and minimal streaming - one device at a time - along with a DVD player and a small collection of DVDs, for those rainy days.

Nearby attractions include Limberlost Forest and Wildlife Reserve for hiking, Treetop Trekking, the Dorset scenic tower, Algonquin Park, Arrowhead Provincial Park, Muskoka Heritage Place and the renown Huntsville Festival of the Arts. The beautiful town of Huntsville is located less than 20 minutes from the cottage, offering a variety of activities and shopping to suit all ages.

**Check-in: after 4:00pm and Check-out: before 10:00am

**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
