Upon entering the cottage at ground level, a casual comfortable setting awaits. This level hosts a large recreation and sitting area, with a 75" Bell TV with Satellite service, unlimited Wifi, pool table and games area. There is a fully equipped laundry room on this level as well. There is 1 bedroom with a queen size bed and a second bedroom with 2 twin beds. A 3-piece bathroom is conveniently located beside the two bedrooms.
The upper level boasts a truly open concept throughout. This floor has custom pine floors, cathedral ceilings and wall-to-wall windows providing a panoramic view of Riley lake and the surrounding landscape. There is a spacious sitting area with a large dining area and a custom dining table, that includes seating for 8 people complete with a TV, in case your game is on!
This level also provides an open kitchen, fully equipped for flawless cookery of scrumptious meals with family and friends. The kitchen is outfitted with modern, high-end appliances and a ceiling mounted sound system, so you can listen to your favourite music while cooking or gathering in the kitchen.
The master bedroom is located on the upper floor with a king size bed and 3-piece ensuite. The 2nd bedroom on the upper floor has a queen bed. The 3rd bathroom, also on the upper floor, is beside the 2nd bedroom. Each room has either a view of the lake or the unique Canadian Shield rock face.
A striking and spacious Muskoka room on the 2nd floor is accessible from the main living area and comfortably furnished for 8 guests. There is also a wrap-around deck facing the lake featuring a dining patio set, Muskoka chairs and BBQ, a wonderful spot to enjoy those beautiful, lazy, Muskoka summer days.
A large sitting area with a fire pit, is located en-route to the lakeside. Fond memories will be made while roasting marshmallows and reflecting on those fun-filled days by the water. Relax and unwind in the fabulous jacuzzi hot tub, situated outdoors. It will soothe and relax tired muscles after a long day of excitement and exercise. For added convenience, a 2nd BBQ and picnic table are available to prepare and enjoy light fare near the water’s edge.
It is a short, pleasant walk to the 200' lakefront of rock and natural vegetation, where Muskoka chairs and chaise lounges are provided to enjoy the view. A dock, complete with swim ladder, will accommodate 2 personal water craft. A boat launch is located nearby. 2 kayaks, 1 canoe and an inflatable raft, are available on site for boundless family fun.

**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements. Until further notice, due to the pandemic, pillows and blankets must be supplied by guests.
**Paper products: The cottage will provide supplies to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
** Firewood is supplied for start-up (see photo). When this supply is used up, additional campfire wood is available at many local stores.
**Adult life jackets are supplied. Vacationers must bring their own children's life jackets due to safety and liability concerns.
