pay off early at any time with no penalty. Upon receiving your
initial payment of $440, you will receive the notarized contract
with my owner financing, and after final monthly payment, your full,
clear titled ownership will be legally transferred in Quebec.
Taxes $165 US per year and current. As Canadian law requires all real estate to have a clear title before it can be registered, title insurance is obsolete, though final closing will be through a Canadian attorney, after final payment, buyer\'s cost of approx. $600 at that time for deed processing and registering.
