Appliances and furnishings: fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, stove, oven, bar with bar fridge in the lower level, barbeque, an aluminum boat with two oars, two adult and two children's life jackets. Please bring your own linens.
Beach Road Cottage is perfect for a small family getaway, winter, spring, summer or fall. It offers a western exposure, with a great view from the living room and kitchen. A wrap-around deck invites you to relax and enjoy!
This cottage has two bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One bedroom has a set of bunk beds and the other, a queen bed. There is also a queen-sized futon and a pull-out couch. The living room, kitchen and dining room are all open-concept. The furniture throughout the cottage is new in recent years. The upstairs bathroom is a four-piece, while the downstairs bathroom is a three-piece. The lower level has a large, recreation, family room with a bar.
Located on a deep lot, close to the waterfront, there is a walk-out from the lower level to the lake with a small patio. This level lot is great for families with children. There is 100 feet of water frontage with a sandy beach and a permanent dock.
Long Lake is a smaller lake, one mile long and 100 feet across. The deepest point in the lake is 50 feet. The lake is very calm and has good fishing for bass. There is a public boat launch at the end of the road if you would like to bring your own boat. Also a public beach is located just down the road.
