Appliances and furnishings:  Washer, dryer, television, VCR, telephone, pillows, barbeque, microwave, dishwasher, electric refrigerator, electric stove, rowboat with oars, life jackets, 2 kayaks, 2 canoes with paddles, raft, dock, wooden Muskoka Chairs, many plastic chairs, paddle boat, old rough tennis court, bonfire pit at lake, Bell ExpressVU, electric heat and airtight woodstoves.

There are only 2 cottages on 130-acre spring-fed Larson Lake with no motors and private sand beach.  Privately owned family log cottage with large screened porch, massive cutfieldstone fireplace, cathedral ceilings, and casement windows.  Rustic charm with modern conveniences.  The cottages sit on a hill overlooking the lake.  They are 250 feet from the lake and 30 feet above the water.  The distance between them is 200 feet with a privacy fence and separate driveways.

Larson Lake is spring fed at the top of the watershed, 20 feet at it's deepest, and totally private with no public access.  Your hosts live on the property and enjoy flower and organic vegetable gardening and caring for small hobby farm animals.  Sandra and David are a very quiet, private, 50 year old, married couple.  You will only see them if you need them.  They welcome guests to live in harmony with nature.  One thousand acre private wildlife sanctuary close to Algonquin Park (Kearney Entrance).

2 bedroom - 1 queen, 2 singles as bunk bed, 2 singles in living room.
3 bedroom - 1 queen, 1 double, 4 singles as bunks.

Minimum Booking:  One week in summer
1st Cheque:  50% deposit required to confirm booking within 3 business days by XpressPost.
2nd Cheque:  Balance cheque should be post-dated June 1.
3rd Cheque:  $500 security deposit per cottage post-dated to date of arrival.

Minimum Booking:  One weekend in Spring and Fall (Off season).
1st Cheque:  Full payment cheque.
2nd Cheque:  $500 security deposit per cottage post-dated to date of arrival.

Waterfront:  Sandy shallow entry on Larson Lake.
Availability:  Spring through Fall.

Check-in:  Saturday at 4 PM
Check-out:  Saturday at 11 AM
Pricing

2 bedroom cottage rates:
$800 per week in Summer.
$600 per week in Spring and Fall (Friday to Friday, or including one weekend).
$400 for either the Thanksgiving or Victoria Day long weekend.
$200 per weekend in Spring and Fall.

3 bedroom cottage rates:
$2,200 per week in the summer (4 adults and children).
$1,200 per week in the summer (2 adults and children).
$800 per week in Spring and Fall (Friday to Friday, or including one weekend).
$600 for either the Thanksgiving or Victoria Day long weekend.
$300 per weekend in Spring and Fall.
