This unique two-storey cottage is situated on a beautifully forested 100 foot waterfront property. Inspired by The Group of Seven, the living room has a cathedral ceiling, stained glass windows, floating staircase and a floor-to-ceiling river-stone fireplace. The large galley kitchen has all of the necessary amenities, which includes a dishwasher. There are three bedrooms, which sleep 9 people, and two bathrooms, one with a spa-style tub/shower with natural sky lighting.
The beach is meant for endless walks, but when you can't take the sun, enjoyt he Blue Mountain view and the sunset from the specious cabana, complete with surround-sound, fridge, and a 180 degree view.
Easy commute from Toronto. Walking distance to Balm beach proper, which has a large arcade game facility, go-karting, convenience store, restaurants, etc. 10 minute drive to all amenities in Midland. There's lots to do, or do nothing at all.

Rock and sand beach with shallow entry on Georgian Bay.
