Welcome to a beautiful 4-season lakefront home. Brand new, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage with Jacuzzi tub & stand-up shower in master ensuite, and 2nd bathroom upstairs with tub/shower combo. Enjoy wonderful southwesterly views of lake from the master bedroom and kitchen areas with walkout to decks from both, or sunbathe on the lakefront deck. The crystal-clear water with sandy bottom and gradual slope is great for swimming, especially for families with young ones. There is an oversized garage that can accommodate a boat, jet skis, or snow mobiles. In winter, you can ride a snowmobile right from your property. There are many amenities nearby such as a marina, The Briars Resort, Casino Rama, skiing, and a brand new Loblaws grocery store.
