Appliances and furnishings:  Electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, toaster oven, boombox, washer, dryer, linens, towels, pillows, portable barbeque, vacuum cleaner.

This cottage was built in 1997 so it is quite light and airy.  Within town limits, it is only a short walk to a well provisioned grocery store.  The water for washing, bathing and whatnot comes from the lake which is very clean, but the best drinking water is obtained from the town well in 5 gallon containers, which are supplied.

Waterfront:  20 feet from sandy beach on Lake Bernard.
Availability:  August 16 to September 30.

Check-out:  Saturday at 11:00 AM

Pricing

$1,200 per week in August.
$1,100 per week in September.
$4,000 per month.
