A great family cottage located on a private road, this tree-lined ¾ acre property sits 15 minutes from Burk's Falls and 5 minutes away from the town of Magnetawan.  Boasting great swimming, with no weeds and constant sunshine all day long, this cottage also enjoys beautiful sunsets in the evening, over beautiful Lake Cecebe.

About Magnetawan:
Magnetawan is a historic village located midpoint on a 78km stretch of the Trans Canada Trail. The historic Magnetawan locks were opened on July 8, 1886, making it the oldest colonized area in the Parry Sound District. Magnetawan also has the longest navigable waterway north of the Muskoka Lakes System. You can boat more than 40 miles of lakes and rivers from Burk's Falls to Ahmic Harbour.
