The property is very private with 260 feet of frontage on the lake, with adjacent cottages also having large frontages, making them out of view. The cottage is situated close to the lake on flat ground, with easy access to a very large dock. An open, east facing view down the lake can be enjoyed from the deck running along the front of the cottage. There is a flat yard at the back of the cottage for game activities and lots of sunshine to enjoy any time of the day.
The living space of the cottage itself has a small sitting area, fully equipped kitchen, and a newly built dining/family room area with pine, all facing the lake. Also on the main floor are two bedrooms with queen-sized beds and a new bathroom with a shower. Downstairs are two more newly built bedrooms, each with a double bed, an additional bedroom with two double beds and a two-piece bathroom.
