This cozy, waterfront, summer cottage is located on the beautiful Madawaska River in a private bay offering a quiet, secluded atmosphere. Enjoy the fully screened in porch. Great location for canoeing, kayaking and excellent fishing from shoreline or out on the river.
It is located five minutes from the village of Calabogie - also grocery & liquor store, churches, gas, family and fine dining, mini putt and petting zoo.
15 minutes away are two golf courses, Calabogie motor sports park, specialty shops, hiking, mountain bike and ATV trails.
Waterfront: 20 feet to water. Shallow entry.
