This fully equipped, year-round home is located on a flat, sandy lot on sunny Bass Lake. The best part about Bass Lake, besides the lake and the cottage is the area.  It is just two minutes from Galaxy Cineplex, Walmart, Boston Pizza, Tim Horton's, Montana's, Basics, six minutes to Lake Couchiching Park and Playground and 15 minutes to Casino Rama.

This three-bedroom, one-bathroom cottage is ideal for families of two to five people.  There is a Muskoka room with toys and games for plenty of family fun.  The cottage is constructed in pine and cedar, and offers breathtaking views throughout. It is a large, clean, open-concept style cottage with 1000 square-foot on two floors. The bedrooms have two queen beds and a double bed.

There is an 11x11 foot gazebo at the shore with lounge chairs which is the perfect spot for a morning coffee and to read the newspaper, or for an evening viewing of the south-western skies.  During the day you can fish from the shore or take out the canoe provided.  There are a few air mattresses and air donuts also available for use at the waterfront.   A sand dune fire-pit and some Muskoka chairs can be found along the 80 feet of shoreline. The flat, shallow, beach extends 200 - 250 feet before getting deeper than three feet. You can walk along the shore for a half mile.

Winter rentals - This cottage makes a great winter ski chalet.  Located only ten minutes from skiing and even closer to the Orillia action (two minutes), see a show at Casino Rama located just ten minutes away or warm up in front of the cozy fireplace at the end of the day!

Waterfront:  Shallow, sandy entry on Bass Lake.

Availability:  Year-round.  Weekend and weekly rentals available.

Pricing

$1,050 per week during the summer.
$1,150 per week from July 19th to August 16th.
$700-950 per week during the winter.
$300 per three night weekend for two.
Plus deposit $500.
