This is an absolutely gorgeous property and place to vacation. The Landscapes is a premium resort in the Muskoka's. The Oak Cottage is one of two premium cottages on the resort and has all the comforts yet real charm and warmth that you expect from Muskoka. The Oaks is a 2200 square foot, two-floor cottage.  The cottage also boasts satellite television with two receivers, one in the great room and the other in the master bedroom. An office desk and chair located
on the second floor with high speed internet and phone with voice mail provides you with everything you need to catch up on some important work if necessary.

Situated on Lake of Bays, there are many water sports and facilities available. The exquisitely decorated, new clubhouse features a loft library, pool table, large screen television, DVD player, games room, kitchen and much more.

The waterfront has an excellent boardwalk at the waters edge and a large gazebo on one of the docks. There is a boathouse where the canoes and paddle boats are kept for your usage. There are two beaches on the property to enjoy.  One of the beaches has cut wood and a Muskoka iron screened in fire-pit for bon-fires and marshmellow roasting.

Also available on the property is a tennis, basketball, horseshoe ring toss and a kids-play area. A short drive to Baysville will provide you with quaint antique shops and restaurants or drive for 20 minute to wonderful Dorset will introduce you to some of the best frozen yogurt around. This place has it all!
