Appliances and furnishings:  electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, barbeque, canoe, newly furnished and well appointed kitchen/dining room table, four-piece bath with shower, full deck on front of cottage, large deck at water with steps down to 40-foot dock.

Single families are preferred. Bring your own boat or rent one nearby. There is very good bass fishing, and rainbow trout is stocked in the lake. The cottage faces west with beautiful sunsets and lots of viewing areas. It is located close to South River for groceries, LCBO and the library. There is gas at the Eagle Lake Narrows Country Store  2.5 km from the cottage.

Waterfront: Sandy beach on Eagle Lake.  It is good for swimming and there is no drop-offs. 

Availability:   May 1st - October 31st
 
Check-in:  Saturday at 2:00 AM
Check-out:  Saturday at 10:00 AM

Pricing

$1,200 per week during June, July, and August, includes two adults and up to three children under 18.
$150 per week per extra adult.
$50 per week per extra child.
Maximum of six people at any time.
$150 per day with three-day minimum during May, September and October.
Damage security deposit required with rental agreement.
