Haliburton Highlands Cottage offers a perfect family vacation with comfort and easy access.

On the main level there is the living room and kitchen that are open-concept with a cathedral ceiling featuring pine tongue and groove. A wood stove will take the chill off the autumn evenings and provide additional heat and atmosphere for the winter enthusiasts.

Sliding doors take you out to a large deck overlooking the lake where patio furniture and the barbeque await. Stairs from here lead to the ground level and a gentle slope goes to the dock at the water. Enjoy diving off the dock or stepping off the ladder into the water. There is also a large rock allowing you to walk into the water and as the summer progresses and the water level goes down, wading in is even easier.

This area has great biking trails, a must-see Wildlife Wolf Complex, and is only 25 minutes to Pine Stone Inn golf course. In the winter you can enjoy great snowmobiling and cross country skiing.
