This cottage is perfect for two, located on a beautiful lakeside setting. Inside the cottage there is a fully equipped kitchen, one double bed and a three-piece bath.

Outside, enjoy making lunch or dinner on the propane barbeque and sitting at the picnic table. A canoe and rowboat are provided at the waterfront. There is so much to take pleasure from at Twelve Mile Lake from canoeing, swimming, boating, fishing or just sunning on your own lakeside dock. Or chose to relax under the shade from the trees. There is much to do from sunrise to sunset on Twelve Mile Lake.

A 15 minute drive will take you to shopping in Minden and there are also convenience stores close-by. There are trails to hike or cycle on and several area golf courses to enjoy.

Waterfront:  Shallow, sandy entry on Twelve Mile Lake.

Availability:  May 15 - September 15.
