This is a great family cottage for one or more families to use weekly or for a full month. The main cabin houses a kitchen, living/dining area, master bedroom, full bathroom, and a 270 degree porch room. The first bunkie cabin contains a full bathroom and laundry facilities. The second bunkie cabin contains two bunk beds with only a sink.
The property wraps around beautiful Sutton Point on Lake Muskoka with 500 plus feet of shoreline. The dock and boathouse sit on the quiet side of the property with south/southwest exposure in a small, quiet bay. The town of Bala is a five to ten minute drive and provides all necessities. A 7.5 horsepower fishing boat is included as well as a canoe.
Waterfront: 500 feet of shoreline.
