It is approx 1750 square feet with an amazing waterfront (sand and rock), three boats, extensive decks and docks, a spacious muskoka room and a tree top children’s playhouse.
It is perfectly located close to both Rosseau and Parry Sound shops, restaurants, movies and attractions. It is a perfect getaway for a family of up to eight people and is only a two and a half hour drive from Toronto.
Inside nothing has been spared:
• Three beautiful bedrooms (one queen, one double and one with bunk beds) plus additional sleeping in the loft.
• Spacious gourmet pine kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, etc…
• 2 spacious living areas with cathedral ceilings
• An warm loft area with extra sleeping and a great air hockey table for those rainy days
