This well maintained 1100 square foot cottage has an open-concept kitchen/living room. There are ceramic floors throughout the entire cottage with a fully equipped laundry facility and a newly renovated three piece bathroom with a linen closet. There are ceiling fans in all the rooms. The cottage has a private driveway and has two decks, one in the front and one in the back. This cottage is ideal for family getaways and is just a short ten minutes drive from the main strip of Wasaga (amusement park).
Waterfront: Shallow, sandy entry on Georgian Bay.
Availability: May - September.
