Appliances and furnishings:  fully equipped with kitchen appliances, refrigerator, stove, television, VCR, stereo, linens, pillows, barbeque, front sunroom, semi-circular driveway.

All the neighbours are friendly.  There is a large living room and fireplace with a cozy separate dining room.  The view of Georgian Bay is truly memorable.  Downtown Collingwood has great shopping facilities.  Blue Mountain has the famous slide ride.  The Zehr's Supermarket is a three-minute drive from the cottage.  It is a short drive to Wasaga Beach's main strip, souvenir shops, swim wear shops, and amusement arcade shops, Dardanella Entertainment Centre and Elvis Presley Week in Collingwood, Ontario.

Waterfront:  A 30-second walk from cottage to magnificent beach with magnificent view of Blue Mountain and Georgian Bay.

Skiing:  20-minute drive to Collingwood and Blue Mountain skiing.

Availability:  Year-round.  No weekends in the summer.
