This property on Deep Bay is quiet, welcoming and suits large crowds or quiet family gatherings. Enjoy sunset views from the upper deck, leisurely meals in screened in dining area or family movie nights in the bunkie. Dining area seats twelve comfortably.
Beautiful Deep Bay's water is warmer and calmer than Georgian Bay and has great fishing! A canoe and paddleboat are available for your use.
Fire pit at rear of bunkie. Just 15 minutes from Parry Sound for shopping. Boat accessible to Parry Sound and Georgian Bay.
Waterfront: 100 feet of
private, sandy shore on Deep Bay. Shallow entry into the
water. Dock, raft and beach furniture included.
