This is an absolutely stunning cottage/chalet, in a very private location on Wollaston Lake. The cottage was built on the side of a hill with four levels, a screened-in third level "Muskoka room", an expansive deck with barbeque on the second level and an enormous kitchen with island and pot lighting, sunken den and sunken cathedral room with 25 foot high peaked ceilings.
The property has almost 400 feet of pristine shoreline with approximately 125 feet of gradual slope, sandy beach and beautiful large rock clusters. A smaller deck can be found on the beach along with a bonfire pit. Lake Wollaston is a gorgeous spot for swimming, boating and fishing. There are lots of trails for ATV's in the area. Spectacular!
This cottage is located two and a half hours from central Toronto
and approximately three hours west of Ottawa.
