This unit, with a separate entrance, is perfect for a couple for a weekend getaway, or in the summer , for short term or weeklong stay. The bed and breakfast guests have the same privileges as the cottage guests for the amenities on the property such as: complimentary use of canoes, kayaks, paddleboat, rowboat, sailboards and motorboats rentals. Bring your own boat dock for free. A municipal boat launching area is available seven kilometers away for your convenience. Enjoy the games room with satellite TV, ping-pong table and board games or the hot tub room which is open to all guests. Outside you will find a horseshoe pit, volleyball and badminton net to use.
This resort is located only 45 minutes from Algonquin Park. Other must see spots close-by include the Wolf Centre and "Walk in the Clouds" featured at the Haliburton Forest. Ice fishing is offered on the property during the winter months.
Proximity to Water: Boshkung Lake is perfect for swimming & boating. The beach has a gradual slope with sand and pebbles.
Skiing: 15 minutes drive to Sir Sam for down-hill skiing and Leslie Frost centre for cross-country skiing.
