Appliances and furnishings:  The housekeeping cottages are furnished with full size fridges and stoves, coffee makers, toasters, tea kettles, dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, barbeques, pillows, blankets, comforters, towels. Wireless high speed internet connection available.  TV/DVD (for movies only) in all cottages.  Some cottages have microwaves. You may bring your own bed sheets or we can provide them for $7.50 per bed. Cottages # 1 and # 7 have woodstoves.

This family-oriented cottage resort is located in the beautiful Haliburton Highlands, only two and a half hours from Toronto. All the cottages are resting on a ridge and overlooking Boshkung Lake perfect for fabulous sunsets. There is a games room with satellite TV, a ping-pong table and board games. The resort has a brand new hot tub available for all guests to soak in.

There are complimentary canoes, kayaks, paddleboat, rowboat, sailboards are available  for guests to enjoy. The resort offers motorboats rentals or you are welcome to bring your own boat and dock at the resort for free. The municipal boat launching area is only seven kilometers away. There are trails nearby for ATVing, snowmobiling, skiing, bicycling or walking trails. Dog-sledding is available close-by. There are five huts for ice fishing in the wintertime.

Algonquin Park and Santa's Village in Bracebridge are both a 45 minute drive from the resort. Haliburton Forest's Wolf Centre, "Walk in the Cloud" and the submarine are some of additional attractions in Haliburton County.

Waterfront:  The resort has 280 feet of waterfront, with a western exposure for fabulous sunsets. The beach has sand with pebbles and a gradual slope, perfect for children.


Skiing:  Sir Sam is only 15 minutes away for great downhill skiing, and Leslie Frost Centre has awesome trails for cross-country skiing.
