This beautiful log-style custom home is situated on one acre of property in "Le Petit Quebec" in Lafontaine. Beautifully landscaped perennial gardens bloom in the front of the house. There is a nice-size grassed area in the rear for play or just relaxation. At the back of the property is a large wooded area with great walking trails. Wood flooring is featured throughout along with exposed beam ceilings with log style inner walls. All the rooms are of a generous size and the Master bedroom is huge with ensuite. It truly is a breath-taking house that the owners share with great pride.
The local village of Lafontaine has many amenities. The towns of
Midland and Penetanguishene are only 15 minutes away. There is great
local bicycling and many areas of historical significance close by.
Balm Beach is less than ten minutes away...There is LOTS to do!
