Excellent cell phone reception.
Enjoy the splendid sunrises and sunsets while relaxing on a new 16'x 24' deck facing the lake (known by the locals, as Lake Duborne.)
The cottage is accessible by road and by boat as the mouth of the river is just down the shoreline from the cottage and takes you directly to Blind River's core where you can dine, shop, or get medical attention. While in town, be sure to take time and check out their "Championship" 18-hole golf course as well as many other attractions.
This fully winterized cottage is immaculate and tastefully decorated.
Blind River is within two hours of either Sudbury or Sault Ste. Marie, so anything you can't find in town, you'll be able to find in the cities.
Whether on Lake Duborne or the Blind River, fishing is excellent with many types of fish available, depending on the time of year. Several other lakes and rivers are only minutes away, to also try your luck on, and chartered fishing trips are available by appointment.
The OFSC snow machine trails and many ATV trails are close by for your enjoyment as well.
Waterfront: Small, shallow, sandy beach with shallow entry and deeper water off the dock on Lake Duborne. 240 feet of waterfront.
