Appliances and furnishings: standard electric kitchen appliances, stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, all necessary pots, pans, dishes and cutlery and hand utensils, mixing pots.
This is a housekeeping cottage resort, at the end of Haystack Bay of Lake of Bays, offering two, three and four bedroom cottages, and one six-bedroom cottage on a year-round basis, although the resort tends to close for November and April. Most of the check-in's traditionally fall on Saturday's, while others are on Friday and Sunday.
This is a family-owned and operated resort and has been for over 100 years. No two cottages are identical. They are all unique in one way or another and all have lots of space around them for that country feeling and lots of privacy. The owners let you do your own thing on your own schedule and are there to facilitate your enjoyment of your holiday. They live on the site and are available all the time in the event of any emergency or special situation.
All cottages come fully equipped and ready to use. There are no extra fees for normal items. Cottages have either wood burning or propane fireplaces, and electric heat and appliances. Wood for the fireplaces is supplied.
There is 600 acres of property, with many kilometres of great hiking trails and ski trails in winter.
Offering Disc Golf for 2007 as a new diversion.
Snowmobile access is easy to the trail system at Dwight.
Alpine skiing is available at Hidden Valley, just 15 minutes away, and snow tubing is available in Huntsville.
There are many wonderful golf courses in the area and theatrical presentations on a year-round basis in Huntsville.
Waterfront: Sandy beach with shallow entry on Lake of Bays.
Skiing: Cross country trails (16 kilometres) on private site. 10 minutes to Algonquin Park and 24 minutes to Arrowhead Park.

Check-out: Saturday at 10:00 AM.
