Located in a wooded wildlife reserve, ideal for walking, jogging, biking, where deer and other wildlife are often seen. Close to golfing, great restaurants, shopping. Gravenhurst is close by, where historical attractions such as steamships and the Norman Bethune Museum are located. Several marinas minutes away. Part of a three lake system, Muskoka Lake is the largest. Hundreds of miles of waterways to be enjoyed. Ideal for families with children, the sheltered, clean beach area has easy wading, sand above and below water. Children can be watched from three sides of the large, 200 sq. ft. screened porch, fully furnished for eating or lounging. Children's beach toys provided. An extra long, sunny 75' dock accommodates boats, swimming, diving and skiing easily, affording sunrise, sunset or starlight views. A raft is available close by. A private point of land affords multiple views from Muskoka chairs. 400' of water frontage. Lots of trees between cottage and owners residence on next lot. Spacious gravelled driveway for two cars, "gated" for privacy from public, gardens, lots of Muskoka chairs for relaxing or entertaining.
Waterfront: Sandy beach with shallow entry on Lake Muskoka with a 75 foot dock.
