This south-facing, luxurious 2,650 square foot cottage on Lake Manitouwabing is situated on a scenic point of land offering privacy and panoramic views of the lake. There are four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, the master with a double sink and a sauna. There are two spacious bedrooms on the main floor, both with queen beds and walkouts to the lakeside deck. One of the upstairs bedrooms has two twin beds and a walkout to a lakeside balcony. The other upstairs bedroom offers a sitting/television viewing area, one twin bed, and a double/twin combination bunk bed. There is an additional two-piece bathroom on the main floor. Central air conditioning will ensure comfort even on the warmest days.
The sunny main floor has an open concept living room/dining room/kitchen area with two walkouts to the deck. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a large peninsula that comfortably seats up to six people. The dining room has a large harvest table with eight chairs. The living room offers comfortable seating with leather sofa and chairs, satellite television, and a wood-burning fireplace under a 20-foot cathedral ceiling facing a wall of windows overlooking the lake.
The cottage is steps away from the dock, with deep water swimming, fishing, canoeing, and boating. Whether you prefer to play games indoors or roam the picturesque moss-covered rocky point to find the perfect spot to relax, you will be sure to enjoy this special spot.
