Features of this pine cottage include a large deck and a huge private property where you can't see or hear neighbours. It is ideal for a family with children. It is located on Avon Bay, which is a great area for watersports. There is a gradual slope into the water and a shallow entry for young children.

Waterfront:  Pebble beach with shallow entry on Lake Joseph.

Availability:  Thursday August 23rd to Thursday August 30th.

Check-in:  Thursday at 3:00 PM.
Check-out:  Thursday at 12:00 PM.

Pricing
$2,700 per week.
50% deposit required on signing of rental agreement. References required.
