This gorgeous Irondale River cottage offers beautiful views, wonderful sunrises, a large deck, clear swimming, and you can walk into river or jump off the dock. It gets quite deep so you have to watch the little ones. Enjoy incredible fishing. This is an ultra private two acres of property. There is excellent swimming on a deep river, with a meandering creek running through the property for kids to splash in. It was just renovated to a cozy cottage for comfort and also offers a new deck on the water.
This cottage is three minutes from Gooderham. It is located at the intersection of Highway #503 and Highway #507, a two-hour drive northeast of Toronto, just 40 minutes north of Lindsay, and 25 minutes north of Bobcaygeon.
The village of Gooderham has a gift shop, a grocery store, a LCBO, a restaurant and movie rental outlets.
