Appliances and furnishings: renovated kitchen with all kitchen appliances, wall oven in an armoire, washer/dryer, two television, VCR, DVD player, exceptional sound system, phone, pillows, duvets and blankets, Weber barbeque. The pool cabana has microwave, refrigerator and sofa.
Fern Outlook is perched on the first escarpment and is a totally private stone cottage (second oldest in area) with magnificent views of Georgian Bay and surroundings. It has two decks with lighting at night, a landscaped swimming pool, lots of flowers, playground for kids and a walking distance to the beach and/or cycling. Lora Bay Golf Club (Intrawest) is nearby and Thornbury is four kilometres away with its great shopping, restaurants and vibrant community life.
The downstairs is open-concept with a wood-burning fireplace for those cold winter evenings. Beautiful deep windows let the sunshine in. The cottage features French country style of furnishings. One of the bedrooms has been transformed into a Dutch room with four single beds (two facing each side of the wall of the house) and a living room in the middle with a Simmons queen-size hide-a-bed.
This is the second oldest stone cottage of the area. It has charm and is an oasis of calm and beauty.

activities in the surrounding area.
Waterfront: Five-minute walk
from sandy Christie Beach, Georgian Bay.
