Appliances and furnishings: Cottage is complete with a cozy kitchen/dinette, a large living area, and a modern four-piece bathroom with hot and cold running water. Sleeping facilities easily accommodate 5 people. Cottage is equipped with bed linens, pillows, blankets, full size stove, full size fridge and freezer, small appliances, Bell Express-Vu satellite television, VCR, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. There is a picnic table, fire pit, and gas barbecue. Cottage is electrically heated as well as air-conditioned. Walkout to sundeck and small porch.
Excellent swimming, boating, bass and pike fishing. Canoe, paddle boat, and aluminum row boat included. No motorized boats or sea-doos. Five minutes from downtown, very private beach with 600 feet of lake frontage. Come listen to the loons - a private and beautiful spot, with plenty of sun and shade, located on beautiful Waterhouse Lake. Only a five minute walk to Rivers Edge Golf Course, one of Ontario's newest top ten 18 hole golf courses
Bancroft is 40 minutes south of Algonquin Park. Bancroft is also the mineral capital of Canada and the home of the Rock Hound Jamboree. There are many interesting outdoor adventures to discover in the area. No large dogs, small dogs upon approval.
Waterfront: Sandy beach, shallow entry to water. Great for toddlers. School-age children love it.
