This is a 1908, completely renovated home used as a bed and breakfast from June to October. The owners would like to rent home to a couple for the winter. The upstairs could be blocked off the if requested. This would be ideal for someone building a house that needed a furnished house while building, or someone who would just love to come relax at Chaffeys Locks for the winter.

There is a new oil furnace with good central heat. The road is plowed in the winter. There are snowmobile trails nearby as well.

You'll love our furnishings, reflective of the Rideau Canal area. Come and see for yourself.
