This cottage is on the River in Wasaga Beach, within a five-minute walk to Beach Area 1, being the Main End where all the shopping, eating, entertainment, games, etc. are located.

Pine Villa is a raised bungalow, walkout-style building. It has a paved drive with ample parking, and a picnic site with picnic tables down by the riverfront. The shoreline is protected with a steel sheet pile wall with a fence above. There is access to the water from the boat entrance/exit area. The house was built in 2005. The interior has garden doors to a concrete patio, ceramic floors throughout, oak kitchen cabinets, a large kitchen table that seats 10 people, two full-size sofas and lounge/reclining chairs. The kitchen, living room, and dining are an open-concept. All appliances are new.

Waterfront:  Sandy beach with shallow entry on Nottawasaga River.

Availability:  Year-round. Monday to Sunday. Weekly or weekends.
