Appliances and furnishings: kitchen with microwave and appliances, VCR, DVD player, satellite television, barbeque on outdoor patio, water cooler (drinking water provided), four-piece bathroom, electric heat in every room. Bed linens also provided.
This family-oriented, three-bedroom cottage (up a flight of stairs) is on three acres. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds and a captain's bed. The other two bedrooms have double beds. All rooms are fully-carpeted. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.
There are various sitting areas for sun or shade. There is a large lawn for badminton or croquet. There is also a basketball hoop and a raised playhouse with a slide.
Bed linens and drinking water are provided. Bring towels and food.
A variety store, Beer Store, and LCBO are within five kilometres of the cottage. There are boat rentals available from Horseshoe Pines Marina. (705) 378-2437
The cottage is 19 kilometres South of the town of Parry Sound. Junction of Highways #69 and #141 (take Exit # 207 off of Highway #400 North).
