This is a beautiful, spacious, secluded cottage on two acres of pristine Lorimer Lake. It is ideal for two families wishing to share a cottage that has grass, sand and rock at the waterfront, and has bedrooms in two separate wings, and a wonderful patio to enjoy the sunsets. This cottage has all the comforts of home and is only a two and a quarter-hour drive from Toronto. There are two docks, upper and lower decks, and beautiful perennial gardens on a very flat, treed lot.
The cottage is very spacious (1800 square feet) with pine cathedral ceilings. It is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, central vac, and all bedding, dishes, etc. A 14' Sylvan fishing boat with a 9.9 Honda motor, canoe, pedal boat, and life jackets are also provided.
Nothing has been spared. Just bring your food and enjoy!
Waterfront: Beach with sand, rock, grass, pebbles, and shallow entry on Lorimer Lake.
