Appliances and furnishings: electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, toaster oven, refrigerator, all cutlery, dishes, glasses, cookware, CD player, VHS, DVD player, cable television, all linens and pillows, washer/dryer, propane barbeque, well-furnished (was used as a full-time home), propane heater (woodstove-style), electric heat, air conditioning, softened water, outdoor furniture, Jacuzzi-style bathtub.
This very cozy, well-maintained two-floor cottage sleeps six people, but can fit up to eight if necessary. There is a large wrap-around deck for summer living that faces west. The outside parking is two-car only, and the cottage is completely furnished and comes with all accessories. It is located six kilometres from Wasaga Beach and four kilometres to golf courses, shopping, Baywood and Marlboro.
The cottage was used as a full-time home for 12 years.
Waterfront: Cottage one street back from Woodland Beach. Access takes approximately 1-5 minutes via private trail to beach.
Skiing: 20 to 25 minutes to Horseshoe Valley or 35 to 40 minutes to Blue Mountain.
