Beautiful Maples welcomes
you to 1 ½ floors / 2190 spacious sq ft of world class design,
interior decorator luxury and thoughtful convenience, right on
lovely Lake of Bays in the Muskokas. It also has a four
season forced air heating/air conditioning system as your
guarantee of personal comfort. This brand new “cottage”
is part of the renowned vacation community known as The
Landscapes.
The moment you get out of
your car, the water welcomes you, the view inspires and soothes
you, and your canoes and paddle boats promise you fun. Wouldn’t
you like to just lie back on a comfy lounge chair and dangle
your toes in the water right now? This and so much more awaits
you.
Let me give you a tour of
your new holiday home. So much more than just a cottage; so much
more than just a holiday.
As we enter the foyer, you
see your beautiful state of the art tile-floored Kitchen. The
Kitchen with centre island is fully and extravagantly
equipped for you; just bring food. (For those days you don’t
want to cook, Bayview’s restaurants are only a phone call or 3
min away.)
Look straight ahead and
see the Dining Room with its 2 sided fireplace and
comfortable seating for 8 around a harvest table that has a
convenient built in buffet –great for entertaining or casual
summer munching. Gleaming hardwood floors lead into the Great
Room/Living Room on the other side of the fireplace and
floor to ceiling cathedral windows look out to the trees
and lake. The Great Room not only has the fireplace and great
view but also has comfy chairs, a queen-size sleeper/sofa, a
window seat and a state-of-the-art entertainment centre.
Wouldn’t you like to come here and curl up in one of those
chairs and read and enjoy the sunset –or– go out on your deck to
eat or lounge?
To the right of the
Kitchen are the 2 main floor Bedrooms, one with queen
size bed, the other with 2 twins. They share a 4-piece en-suite
Bathroom with double sink and beautiful shower that has a
delightful built-in bench seat. There is also another 3 piece
Bathroom with a beautiful shower, near the entrance, for
your convenience during days of outdoor fun. And for those happy
wet towels etc., there is a handy sparkling clean Laundry
Room/linen closet with stacking washer and dryer just off
the kitchen.
Can I take you upstairs
with me to the extra privacy of the Master Bedroom and
the Library/Office area? Because it is a ½ second floor/loft
design, you keep the spaciousness and the view overlooking the
Great Room and through the cathedral windows. The Master Bedroom
invites you to relax in the king sized bed and enjoy your own
private fireplace and big screen TV, or sit at the table
for 2 and lazily gaze out your window at nature’s magic. The
5-piece en-suite Bathroom has a deep soaker tub plus a
beautiful separate shower. Your private Library/Office is
the only other area occupying the 2nd level. It is tastefully
accessorized with desk and lamp and awaits your choice of use:
your computer, journaling, instructional CD/TAPE, meditation …

We’re in Magical Muskoka,
so do come outside to fully appreciate your outdoor surroundings
from your beautiful cedar outdoor deck and patio complete
with gas barbecue, Muskoka chairs and umbrella.
What do you want in your
holiday? Come to The Beautiful Maples and you can have it. Enjoy
reading in the cool shade of your private screened gazebo
or lounging in the sun on the sandy beach. Go for a
refreshing swim. Explore the hidden coves in the canoe.

peaceful evening stroll and watch the sunset or kayak in
the early morning mist. Book a game of golf at one of the
many local golf courses or enjoy mountain biking on
nearby trails.

Clubhouse to enjoy lively conversation with like minded
people. Its casual yet luxurious decor invites you to snuggle
into the roomy comfortable chairs in front of the huge Moskoka
fireplace. Would you like to have a game of billiards, bridge,
chess, or checkers with your own family or new found friends in
the games area for a change? Take the spiral stairway to the
Library Loft to find a new book, an interesting magazine article
or the newspaper. The central community Clubhouse space acts as
a hub for The Landscapes for when you want to mingle and is also
perfect for group meetings and special family events.

docking facilities for your own boat for fishing,

The Muskokas are renowned

paint, explore rugged Algonquin Park or just breathe in the
fresh air. Year round there are sports, art and cultural events
as well as shopping, restaurants and pubs. In winter there is
excellent cross country skiing, downhill skiing, skating,
snowmobiling or ice fishing. Your vacation can be as relaxing or
