This privately owned, self-catered two-bedroom condo has views over the Cranberry golf course and Blue Mountain. It is well-suited for families of four, but can comfortably sleep up to six people. There is a queen-size bed in the master bedroom, which also has access to the outdoor lower patio. The second bedroom has two single beds. The four-piece bathroom has been recently renovated and comes complete with laundry facilities.
The upper floor with cathedral ceiling offers an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the comforts of home. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, television, DVD player, gas fireplace and access to upper deck with propane barbeque and seating/dining area.
It is within easy walking distance to all Cranberry activities (user fees apply): teenis, golf, horseback riding, hiking/biking trails, XC skiing, three swimming pools, kids club, rec centre, health spa, restaurant and marina.
Blue Mountain is only a short 5-10-minute drive away and Wasaga Beach is 15 minutes away. Collingwood is also home to many seasonal festivals, quaint shops, restaurants, theatres and amazing four-season outdoor activities.
Waterfront: Sand and pebble beach on Georgian Bay. Five-minute walk to marina.
Skiing: 5 to 10 minutes to Blue Mountain for skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, mountain biking and all village at Blue activities.
