Winter visitors can see seal pups on local beaches and watch birds at Gibraltar Point.
Nature lovers will enjoy The Wolds countryside and many Nature trust nature reserves.
Cleethorpes, Mablethorpe and Skegness are all renowned as traditional seaside resorts.
Historic Lincoln is nearby with its magnificent Cathedral. Historic Lincolnshire village churches and local market towns Horncastle, Spilsby and Alford with many antique and teashops make car or cycle tours an absolute pleasure. There are numerous excellent golf courses at Laceby, Kenwick Park, Louth, Woodhall Spa, Woodthorpe Hall, North Shore, Sandilands and Cleethorpes. Convenient for Cadwell Park weekend motor racing, classic car, or motor cycling enthusiasts.
Also available Summer 2006 are brand new Pretty Reproduction Carriages that sleep four.
Briefly comprising, to the first floor, three double bedrooms, the master having a metal framed four-poster bed with pretty voile drapes, the other first floor bedrooms with twin bunks. All other furniture to the first floor tastefully finished in pine. Large bathroom with power shower over bath, newly ceramic tiled. The bath is huge!
The ground floor has an entrance porch. Leading into the large, cosy family lounge with attractive pine surround and cast iron hearth with an open fire. Large picture window overlooking the attractive garden to the side.
Further leading onto the superb Sun Lounge which doubles up as a dining room. Large patio doors lead onto the patio with paved area and ample space for a barbecue - a real sun trap.
The kitchen is fitted with a range of units and has a large pantry plus all the usual mod cons, interestingly having two windows directly overlooking the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway Station!
Further adjacent to the kitchen is another outside entrance door with a lobby onto the ground floor shower room with power shower and a medium sized pretty twin bedroom.
Delightful gardens with patio and barbeque.
A real haven of peace and tranquility amazingly just ten minutes drive from the hubbub of Cleethorpes, Grimsby and Louth.
Sorry, no pets. Kennels are 400 yards away.
