Appliances and furnishings:  refrigerator, stove, microwave, all small appliances, fire pit, satellite TV, DVD player, phone (local out-going calls only), fireplace, pillows and blankets are available (please bring your own linens), dish towels, soap, toilet paper supplied, paddleboat, fishing roads, lifejackets, water cooler (fresh drinking water supplied), two gas BBQ's/with propane.
  • Three bedroom cottage with Bunkie / together sleeps 8-9 people
  • Nice grass level lot, with lots of room for badminton, horseshoes, games, etc.
  • Firepit on beach for those great nights sitting around the fire (fire wood supplied)
  • One newly renovated washroom (standup shower)
  • Gas heat
  • Freezer in basement if extra space needed, and second fridge in small beach house
  • Big deck around the cottage with patio table and chairs
  • Dock
  • 14-foot aluminum boat with paddles included in cottage rental
  • Cottage is located on Beech Lake 15 minutes, north of Minden, Ontario.

  • No smoking in cottage
  • No pets
Waterfront:  Beech Lake. Great sandy beach with shallow water for safe and enjoyable swimming.

Availability:  June to September.
Check-in:  Sunday at 4:00 PM.
Check-out:  Sunday at 11:00 AM.

Pricing
$1,200 per week.
