This breathtaking 3.25-acre peninsula is nicely wooded with pine and birch and features approximately 730 feet of shared waterfront on Lake Vernon. The area offers extensive boating, fishing and water sports in the summer, as well as snowmobiling, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing (at nearby Hidden Valley Resort) in the winter. Truly a year-round getaway.

This property is located approximately two hours north of Toronto and is easily accessible year-round. It is only minutes by car or boat to golf at Deerhurst or shopping in Huntsville. Horseback riding and tennis are also nearby.

A large deck overlooks Lake Vernon complete with patio furniture and a barbeque. A second smaller deck off the master bedroom provides an elevated view of the entire area.

There are docking facilities for your boat if arranged in advance.
