Appliances and furnishings: fully-equipped kitchen, two coffee machines, two waffle makers, all utensils, stainless steel pots and pans, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, new barbeque, five satellite televisions.
Hardwood flooring throughout top floor, pine staircase, carpet in all bedrooms. Living room with 30 foot cathedral ceiling, all in pine, overlooks beautiful Lake Haliburton through two story windows. There are three walkouts to an all cedar deck. The new barbeque sits on the top deck (not shown). The dining room seats eight, the kitchen bar seats four, and the patio sets can seat up to 15 people.
The new cedar dock is 50 feet long with a 200 square foot floating platform at the end with a ladder. The water is 10 ft. deep off the dock. The master bedroom has a stunning canopy bed (floor to ceiling headboard and swirled posts) with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet. All bedrooms have new pencil beds or sleigh beds. All new mattresses. Foam mattress in the master bedroom. Large sectional couch surrounds the stone fireplace, tables and decor, very tastefully done in a bear theme.
View of the lake from all rooms with walkouts to deck and shore from both levels. Dining room has 10 double sliding windows with screens overlooking the lake. Nearest neighbour is 2000 feet away. Shop in the town of Haliburton just 20 minutes away. The grocery store is 10 minutes away. The local marina and restaurant is two minutes away. The cottage is close to two golf courses, great fishing, hiking, park nearby, other activities, swimming lessons, games during the day, etc. Cottage offers five televisions: 54" high definition television, home theatre stereo system, solid oak bar with wine cooler, video table top Pac-man game, Sony PlayStation, and VCR. There is also an aluminum boat, paddle boat, and canoe available.
Waterfront: Haliburton Lake. Shoreline is 260 feet of sandy beach with gradual slope down, and completely private.
Skiing: Sir Sam's Resort.
